3. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed in full before shipment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected or payment authorization fails.

4. ORDER FORMATION AND DELIVERY

  • A purchase contract is concluded only once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • Delivery times stated are estimates only and not guarantees.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

  • EU Statutory Right: Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt.

  • Voluntary Policy: We offer an extended 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition.

6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE (Optimized)

  • Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to info@trettitre.nl within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defects.

  • We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it becomes a dispute that is subject to the dispute settlement scheme.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Website, including text, product designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Greysalt / TRETTITRE.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): If you are an EU consumer, you may use the European Commission's ODR platform to resolve disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  • Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
