Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") applies to orders placed through www.trettitre.nl and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Exclusions: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Peak Periods: During promotions, holiday seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and start from the date of dispatch.

4. ORDER TRACKING (New - Recommended)
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's progress.

Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon physical delivery to the address provided.

Ownership: Ownership of the products passes to you only once full payment has been received.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from a pickup point:

We may charge additional costs for re-delivery.

If you choose to cancel the order after a failed delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
8. DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Immediate Action: Please inspect the package upon arrival. We encourage you to notify us at info@trettitre.nl within 48 hours of delivery.

Documentation: Please provide photos of the external packaging and the damaged products to assist our investigation with the carrier.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels. No additional shipping fees will be charged in such cases.
